September is National Yoga Month

It’s always a good time to pay attention to our bodies and maintain our health! Ask our librarians about our display of yoga and exercise books this month. Join a yoga group like the one that meets in our community arts room on Monday afternoons. Their fun and informal workouts are sponsored by the Prairie Faith Shared Ministry and are open to anyone who wants to get fit through stretching and yoga poses. You could also start your own exercise group. The space is free to use with a small refundable deposit. Please note: participants may not be charged a fee to join workout sessions or classes since the library does not allow commercial enterprises to operate in the community room.
