This year’s celebration was blessed with extremely nice weather for watching Santa Claus light the tree at WaKeeney’s town square and strolling the businesses on Main Street. Other festivities included meeting Santa at his North Pole cabin, watching the reindeer across the street, meeting the Grinch and Cindy Lou Who at Gibson’s Drugstore, and riding the Christmas train or the hayride carriage drawn by beautiful Clydesdale horses.
